My Complaint Description:
Myself Mukesh Sachdev.
I am member of Country Club Shyamal Cross Road Ahmedabad since 8 Months.
My Membership ID is CCAH13CLUB69729
My major purpose to join the Club was to get FREE Family Trip for 5 Years.
As said by Santosh Mishra (Manager) that I will be given Accommodation in 3-4 Star Resort across the India & Out Countries for 7 Days in each year for 2 Members.
If I want to increase number of members then for each 2 members 1 day will decrease.
We did plan for Family Trip for 6 Members & they said yes that is possible we can arrange maximum 5 Days Accommodation for 6 Members. Also committed me so many thing while giving me Membership offer.
That commitment was like: Suite Category Rooms, Free Cook at Hotel, Free Spa, Free Site Seeing etc.
After paying part payment for membership I asked them to book a Hotel for 6 members for Mahabaleshwar, Lonavala & Matheran for date 11/9 to 15/9. They said yes they will arrange a booking soon. But they were not issuing me Permanent/Temporary Membership Card.
Then after so many followup & communication happen with Mr. Manoj & Ms. Annapurna finally on 12/8/15 they denied a booking for 6 Member for 5 days.
They said that is not possible for 6 Members, then why they have given wrong commitments. I immediately asked for Refund of the amount I have paid & Credit Card charges that is 23,500. Mr. Santosh & Manoj said they will refund my payment in 25-30 days.
I have all communication recordings for evidence.
Today almost 6 month passed out still they are not refunding money.
I hope you will help me to solve this issue & get my money refund.
