My Complaint Description:
On confirmation from CCIL employee Radha Singh, I had paid the AMC for 5 years. The terms discussed by the employee during conversation are as follows:
Commitment by CCIL employee: AMC for 5 years is 20000/- plus I will get food vouchers worth 3000 and a holiday package.

But after payment of the amount, the employee doesn't answer my calls and I got to know from the customer care that my subscription has been made for 3 years only.
I had paid the amount on 11th March, 2016, but till date I had not received anything from Country Club (India) Limited
There are two Membership numbers for which I had paid Rs. 20000/- each. CCSU23CLUB60560 & CCSU23CLUB60588 (Piyush Shah & Chirag Shah)
