Dear Sir,

I am going to Vediocon Mobile service center since last 20 days, because i am purchase a vediocon mobile through, very first day hang problem in so i am going to service center for this they take one month for this rearing.

i am going to service center the Representative say your last request is not lock so can not accept your mobile and customer care say go to service center and call us i am going 5 times & representative and customer care talk say call me next day, still i am calling customer care they asked for go to service center they are give same reply go to service center and call customer care.

today the warantee period of accessories is over so i want to complaint against vediocon mobile.

I am also sent so may emails but their is only one or tow reply.

Please find enclosed herewith the emails sent by me or reply by customer care.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have a Vedeiocon Zest Light mobile phone, since very first day i am safariing after purchasing this mobile from flipkart.
1 time i am giving to your service cent for problem is mobile hang in every 1 or 2 minits, so you are taken in repairing of this problem 1 month.

and this time mobile bettry is not working only 15 minits without using this phone so i am going to your service center placed in indore
