Dear Sir / Madam,
I had procured Android, Spice make, one dream UNO, Model: Mi-498, from Flipcart.com wide Order ID no: OD000823812619934000, its IMEI no: 911401250288709 on date: 22-09-2014.
I had problem in its Android operating system and the mobile was not working. I had submitted my mobile at Authorized service center at Surat on 8-6-2015 for its repair, and I was informed that this problem cannot be solved here and it needs to be sent to company's authorized center for repair. After a month I had received back my mobile and upon checking found that the Android operating system was working, but its power key was not working.
So, in next week, again the mobile was handed over to Authorized service center at Surat to rectify the problem. After a couple of weeks, I was informed that my mobile is repaired and ready to be delivered to me from Surat. So, I arranged to pick up my mobile phone from Surat center. Upon checking my mobile at service center it was noticed that the problem of power key was not solved. So, the mobile was again submitted back for repair.
In last week I was informed by SMS that my mobile phone is received from company after repair and is ready to be picked up by me. I arranged to pick up my mobile from authorized service center at Surat on 5-8-2015. Upon checking the mobile at your service center, it was found that still the problem of power key was not solved.
Again the mobile was submitted at Surat service center for proper repair with the same complain of power key not working.
To-day I had called to customer care no.: 18602001003, to get proper solution to my complain of my mobile submitted.
Surprisingly, TWO times my call was disconnected, putting me on hold with the message that your call is transferred to our senior executive. Third time again when I called to customer care no. I had talked to Ms. Anjali, and she had registered my complaint online, complain no.: 0400051183.
Since, the Authorized center has failed to repair my mobile in TWO attempts, I had requested to give me REPLACEMENT mobile and settle the issue, which is in warranty period. She has not given me any clear answer to my request and had informed me that the matter shall be decided by seniors of the company and will be informed to you within next 8-10 working days. Further she had denied to give me the names of company's Executives, so that I can pursue the matter with competent authority.
After all this chaos, I am very much dis-satisfied by the service and behavior of the Authorized service center.
Since TWO months have passed and the Authorized service center is unable to repair my mobile, I request you to look into the matter and give me REPLACEMENT under warranty period. A soft copy of my mobile bill is attached herewith for your pursual and information please.
