My Complaint Description:
I have purchased Daikin invertor ac from Vijay sales in Diwali. At that time, service engineer is not proper speak with us and bad behavior with us. At that time they were leaked according gas. And 19/04/2018 I was just called and complained regarding this issues. So, at that time service engineer came and filled gas and told pcb of outdoor is not working. I told them and complained in Vijay sales. So, engineers came and gave me report outdoor not working or ac not working. So, I complained Delhi main branch and I was talked with them and because of them engineer came my house at 8 o'clock only because of complaining head office. After 4 days exactly 27/4/2018 I was complained and told them at that time they gave commitment only take 24 hours and you problem can resolved. But that day to 2/5/2018 my problem not concern or take seriously. They gave me commitment. So I want to complain about company service and other issues.
