my phone is ensure under apps daily. last month i got my phone damaged and register a complaint on 25th October. on 27th October my phone was collected from me as i had requested to pic up and drop facility. On 4th i got a email that my claim is approved. i tried to call both no which was given to me by your executive i.e. Mr. Sunil 7042797389 and Mr. Atul 8010675544. after a few days attempt Mr. Anil picked up the call and said it will take 7 days. After 10 days i tried his cell but some time phone was not reachable, some time switched off and when phone connected nobody pic the phone. Then i again started to call on both no. Fortunately yesterday Mr. Sunil pic my phone and asked me to call today. At 12 pm i called him and he asked me for 15 mint time. After 30 mint i called him again and now he is ignoring my calls. At last I called again Apps daily customer care and asked them the address of service centre and a senior person's contact no. they provide me their senior no Mr. Deepak 9266942760 but as they promise me to send the details of the service center by sms is not received yet. More interesting is that their senior is also not picking calls after 10 attempts. Is there any law against this type of fraud.
