Respected sir,

I am customer of Dena bank since 2 years.I not satisfied with dena bank services.
1. When I use dena bank debit card,internet banking services at moment transactions are failed due to some technical problems of dena bank.
2. After the debited money i Will go to bank branch they did not give any answer to me.they call me to wait 7 days.
3. After 7 days when i visited branch they call me to wait for 1 month.
4. If i deposit my all money in Dena bank and when my transaction failed they give me refund after 1 month.
5. How to i can trust?

And second thing is,
Contacts of dena bank 18002336427 which is customers care managed by dena bank.
This number never connect with bank.
I tryed to contact last 1 month but not connect my call.
Zonal office also not receive call.

    my account in Dena bank branch address is At&po- kukadiya,Ta-idar,Dis-sabarkantha.
    i inform you that i just call in branch for personal loan but the branch manager did not give right answer and say that this is not possible. he say that you dont get personal loan,i don’t get satisfactory answer. so i want to transfer my DKCC account and SALARY account in other bank.
