Claim Amount (Approx.): 5000 or I want my sim reactivated as before.
My Complaint Description:
I purchase the sim of reliance by using the portability service from idea, but now they said the proof is not verified beacause it comes in the gramin area. But they have to said this before accepting the proof at the time when i gave them proof. Now they said pay 750 deposite to confirm proof and activate the sim outgoing service and due to this they deactivate my outgoing service since last three to four days and their phone is now switched of now. So i want to activate my sim without paying the deposit.
