My Complaint Description:
I activate New connection on 08th Sept 15 Tata Walky number 2656555021. Before activate Agent coming my place and taken all document for activation with Deposit Amount Rs. 2100/- (Without Receipt) and he ask me for given receipt letter. but After 2nd day when my connection active my online account Deposit Amount 0.00. After i received information by customer call and email this is instrument charge. It means Tata Docomo fraud with customer. For taken New Connection taken a charge as a deposit and after activation covert to instrument charge which is non refundable. I will Requested to Please help me this problem. I need to Deposit slip of Rs, 2100/- or cash back..Because Tata Docomo agent given wrong information to me and may be also fraud with other customer.
