Respected Sir/Mam this company is very cheating with customers…

My Mobile Number is 9033344347.

I have recharge on 24th November RS.251…

I have 90 MB internet balance on 15-12-2015 and they send me alert message @ 2.34 A.M on 15-12-2015 that is "Your account data balance is critically Low" and after 5 minutes they cut my 128 RS balance even if I have only use 934 MB.

When I call to CUSTOMER CARE @ 3:17 A.M they cut my phone and after 25 Time calls they pic my phone and talk with me and without listing my whole problem they cut my phone @ 8:00 A.M…

Respected sir/mam I need back my balance back RS.128 because of they are cheat with me so request to use do some this for this problem..

I hope they give me my refund back as soon as possible.

    We would like to inform you that your balance of 128.50/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on 15-12-2015 at 02:31AM and used 70279KB DATA. At that time, no data balance was available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not be charged in the future.
