My Complaint Description:
I haved Tata Docomo Prepaid Sim,
but I lost my cellphone so i m going to take new SIM with same no. , there is retailer give me same no. with postpaid plan.
Retailer said, if i want same no. again then u have to take postpaid plan for that.
so i purchase it with 300 rs.
retailer also said me, 300 rs. cost cutting after in your bill bu it still not cutting.
i have paid 2 bill with regularly, but lat 2 months DOCOMO company charged me for extra billed so i cant paid it.
i have not used that so why i can paid.
I also complain that to customer care many time, but they are not support to me.
The retailer & company is cheat with me so please help me.
