we ordered pizaa at 8:10 pm on june 8.(It was birthday of my friend)
order contained 4 pizza, stuffed garlic bread and two coke bottles.
we placed order at 8:10 p.m. on June 8 and paid money online before that we registerd addres and contact number.
generally they deliver this kind of order in 45 minutes.
At 9:00 p.m we called at dominoz pizza nadiad because the order was not reached or they have not called us for even conforming the order.( On the website of dominoz they were showing that our order is placed, ready and dispatched, they have tracking facility of your order oline. and they were showing that our order is dispatched at 8:30 p.m).
When we called the shop to know the status of our order the guy told me that we have cancelled the order because we could not find the address(we have provided them legitimate mobile number, not a single call from them). So, they cancelled our order without informing.(The money was paid already).
so we have to place our order again. followed the whole process again and we got our pizza delivered at 10:00 p.m around.
the number on the site of dominoz 68886888 is dead and not reachable. they don't have anybody who could even take our complain.(I asked to file a complain but the guy working there started apologizing and told me we could not do anything about it ).
