My Complaint Description:
This is to inform that , I had purchased a Dell laptop LCD front and back cover.
I have been told that product is not new and asked to proceed for purchase .
I have asked seller about return policy and got a confirmation that if product doesn't work I will return back.
I had a good talk with seller and got the word over phone that he will accept the return if product not suitable for me.
After receive this product, I checked with my local Dell center and came to know that this product may break or not fit to my laptop.
As per my previous talk with seller , I dropped a mail to them via Ebay and received reply that I can send it back to their address. I have received a confirmation from courier and seller that he received the item back safely.
Now, eBay tried to reach me on my old cell phone on this regard which was not with me anymore.
I have replied on Ebay claim that my old number is not working pls. contact me over my new number but no body called me. They closed my claim saying customer is not reachable.
Now, last three months I have been following up with Ebay Customer support but no positive response received yet. I had talk with Seller as well and as per him "he didn't receive money from Ebay and he has no issue with this claim".
Last three moths I have been following them but no response yet.
I am writing to you with hope that this kind of cheat shouldn't happen with others.
