My Complaint Description:
I had purchase material(dual pend drive-8GB ) from ebay website but material was not as per order description( we had order dual pend drive where seller had send us normal pen drive—70% cheaper than original product bought and money was paid).
on receipt wrong material we had register complain on Ebay and contact seller.
He admit the mistake and make excuse that in his absent( as he was on vacation at Kashmir ) his servant had send wrong product and he replace with correct one as per description and he reimburse courier charges to us suggest that wrong pend drive material send back to him.
As we had send material through courier( copy of same attached in email) and courier charge also paid by us.—as vendor ready to reimbursement this expense.
But after received pend drive and confirm that he received it ,he started non-professional behavior and making excuse that he was out of station so pen drive sending may be delay.
After many phone call and SMS and whatshap message he still make excuse and not ready to return our money neither product and any make abuse wording with us. Also threaten us that we cannot do anything
