My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,

I purchased a Apple IPhone 5C cell phone from Ebay India Online on 31/01/14. I received the phone on 4/02/14 as per the given dates. The received item was in damaged condition. I informed the ebay guarantee cell on 6/02/14 through their online portal. After that I received a verification call on 7th or 8th of February. Although the information provided were incomplete. They informed me to send the images of the damaged item on [email protected]. I sent the images more than thrice but the mail returned. I then received a call from ebay but yet again due to their improper network the call & information they provided were incomplete. After that I yet again tried sending the mail on said id. But the result was same. I then received a mail from ebay on 11/02/14 stating that your claim is pending please send the images to the above mentioned email id, but this time they specified the format in which I should send the image. I did as informed but the mail returned.

I am not a person who knows much about image format changing etc. I sent an email to ebay regarding the same, but I did not get any response. I also uploaded the images on ebay guarantee page on 18/02/14 but still waiting for feed back from them. I tried calling them but the number they have provided connects me else where. I have paid the money on 31/01/14 and I am still not having the desired value for my purchase. Please help me get my replacement done.

I have been a Happy IPhone customer for few years. I hope you will help me resolve my problem.
