i purchase samsung mobile s3 neo from ebay website on 15 oct 2015 dilivery was on 17 oct 2015 but its phone display was broken in courier i complenting in ebay my claim id is 1350754. sir/madam 18 days past but he do not any response me i want replacement not refund.
sir/madam i requst to you plz help me
