respected sir,
I bought a heater worth rs250 before 3 months. Now its not working when i went his shop to replace that product he didn't respond me properly and told i'l not return this product because coil is been burnt so company will not replace this type of damage. first let me know sir, guaranty will be apply only on coil itself den on what damage shop keeper 'l replace the product? he challenged that where ever you go even in suraksha grahak or jagrut grahak i wont care do what ever you want i'll not replace it. So the thing is, that guy dont have any fear of govt's lows and your department so shoe your power to not only him who are doing business like him. i'm requesting you to take a strict action on him. And one more thing sir its not a matter of only 250 /- its a matter of your department's prestige
