My Complaint Description:
I am using xiaomi mi 3 phone. and before two months my phones display was fused somehow. service center in(Mi Exclusive Service Center)
Address: MI Exclusive Service Center,TVS electronics ltd FF-3, Kasturi Complex, Opp. To Athithi Showroom, Judges Bungalow road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad – 380 054
Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, 10:00-18:00
Service Center Phone Number: 079-40099854 is 200 kms away from my place , i sent my phone there for service when i got back my phone after 20 days they have damaged my phone near power button switch and gave me excuse that it can be damage if you give your phone in service center. then i received my phone but after few hours i felt that during changing the display they have not only damaged my phone but they also damage my touch panel i was not able to type in address bar. so, i again went to same service center. after 20 days they told me to pickup the phone it is ready but when i went there i saw they have damaged my phone again from another place which is near flash light. i complaint him and said that now i will not going to receive my phone you have to replace my part and i also made complaint online my ticket number is 189869. i called in customer care no 18001036286 approx 60 times and i mailed them on their e mail id [email protected] which is nearly 30 times and i also made complaint on service center in charge Mr. Dhruv Dubey on E-mail [email protected] but they all are very irresponsible and customer executive giving reason that we dont have any authority to call service center. service center manager also told me that we are not responsible for any damage, do complain by my name we dont care, they are so confident about it because they know that no one is there to take action on them. my phone is still in ahmedabad service center from last 2 months but no one is asking about why this phone is in service center since so long…? customer executive told me that if you can make call from service center then only we can talk to them , so i went on 14.07.2015 and call customer care about my issue and they have talked with service center manager and the funny thing is that customer executive on toll free is answering me that in this case we cant do anything you have to co ordinate with service center and also said that if service center warn you that your part can be damaged by another place then they are right..and another funny thing is that after this much time my touch panel is as it is. they dint repair my touch panel issue and they called me to take your phone, your phone is ready. so i highly recommend you that in this company no value of customer after sales. they will not give us a any favour and customer support is zero. so, i request to company that take interest in this matter and find some solution.

Hi This Chandan From Ahmedabad , & I Am Facing The Problem With Mi Xiaomi , I Am Using Mi Redmi Note 3G Phone Since Last 15 Month , I am facing Software Problem , Display Also Working , But When I handover My Phone To Mi Store For Software Upgrade They Crash The Mother Board From There End , Now They Are Refusing To Give Me Service & Asking For 6000 Rs. For Service.& That Was Not My Fault , When I Handover My Phone To Store At That Time My Phone Was Working Properly , & Even Mr. Javed From Mi Xiaomi Store Keeper At Vastrapur Ahmedabad Gujrat Accept His Mistake That Due To Software Upgradation The Phone Was Crash By Him. Now They Refuse To Give Me Service & Then I Call To Police.& File A Complain.

    Now Please I Really Appriciate Guide Me What I Can Do or What is The Final Suggestion.

    IT Was A Very Badly & Very Worst Experience In My Life With This Phone I Suggest To Customer Please Do Not Purchase This Phone Its Very bad & No Any Good Services

    • now what happen bro??? they change motherboard or not??? because same thing happen with me, they changed my motherboard and after 2 days motherboard againg faulty, now they said your warranty is over on 21-june-2017, and your fault ariae on 22-june-2017, and they repair my phone on 20-june-2017. you register a complaint in consumer court or not?
