RESPECTED SIR
I HAD BROUGHT MY LUMIA PHONE FROM GODHRA ON 07/09/2013
AND WITHIN 6 MONTHS DEVICE HAVING A LOTS OF SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE PROBLEMS REPEATEDLY IN WARRANTY PERIOD. BUT SINCE 22/08/2014 ITS A CRASHING SITUATION FOR ME. MY PHONE GOT LOTS OF ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE AND ITS STILL CONTINUE AND ON 22/08/2014 DEVICE HAVING A SERIOUS STARTUP PROBLEM IN WARRANTY. I VISITED NOKIA CARE GODHRA RAGI ELECTRONIC AND SUBMITTED MY PHONE FOR REPAIRING BUT IT HAVING A BIG PROBLEM OF HARDWARE IN IT"S CERCUITE (PCB) AND ITS REPAIRED BY COMPANY AND THAT TIME COMPANY CHANGED PCB AND NOT GIVEN ANY SCRAPE NOTE THAT INDICATE THE NEW IMEI. BUT ITS NOT GIVEN OR NOT GIVING INFORMATION ABOUT MY PHONE.
MY PHONE IS REPAIRED AT THAT TIME BUT FREQUENTLY DEVICE HAVING A HANGING AND RESTARING PROBLEMS IS STILL THERE.
THAN ON 3/06/2015 PHONE IS GOT SEVIOUR PROBLEM AS OCCURED IN PAST ON 22/08/2014. SAME SITUATION FOR THESE DEVICE IN OUT OF WARRANTY. I PAYED THAT TIME OF 350 OF CHARGE. AND WITHIN 10-12 DAYS GOT AGAIN PROBLEM SO I SUBMITED IT AGAIN AND STILL NOT REPAIRED BY NOKIA CARE BY GODHRA AND NOKIA CARE VADODARA AND PROBLEM IS OF PCB CIRCUIT HARDWARE PROBLEMS IN THESE DATE. IN BETWEEN I SUFFERED A LOTS BY MENTAL FINANCIAL SOCIALLY AND COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS SINCE 30/06/2015
I AM ACTIVE CONVINOR OF PHARMACIST ASSOCIATION I HAVE CONNECTED WITH THOUSAND OF PHARMACIST AND HUNDREDS OF FRIENDS THAT ALL ARE DISCONNECTED DUE TO PHONE ISSUES.
I HAD COMPLAIN TO MICROSOFT MOBILE DEVICE COSTUMER CARE 5 TIMES BY CALLING THEM AND THREE TIMES BY EMAIL TO FINDING THESE SOLUTION
BUT COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY AND I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT BY ANY LACK OF GIVING INFORMATION BY LOCAL NOKIA DEVICE CARE RAGI ELECTRONICS AND NOKIA CARE VADODARA HEY JUST MISLEADING ABOUT COMPANY REPAIRING
AND MAIN ISSUES WITH COMPANY THAT K THEY HAVE TO REPAIRING SOLUTION AT LOCAL LEVEL AND AT COMPANY LEVEL AT VERY REASONABLE COAST.
ITS A COMPANY FAULT THAT CIRCUIT OF MOBILE DEVICE IS NOT PROPERLY WORK AND REPEATEDLY GETTING FAULT AND VERY VERY MUCH HARRASING SITUATION FOR ME SO I WOULD LIKE TO CLAIMING A NEW DEVICE FROM COMPANY AND APPOINT PROPER NOKIA CARE ORGANISER AT LOCAL LEVEL AND GIVING ME A MY COMPENSATIONS FOR HARRASMENT
