My Name is Rameshwari Rajput… I Purchased Honda Activa In March 15th 2016…. from a shop…. They Provide 4 Free Services in a year….
On my 1st service at emerald honda showroom situated at bombay garagge, nr. under bridge, shahibaugh…. i registered a complain over there for i am hearing some noises in my vehicle…. they havent solved it in service then on the next day i gone there and told them the problem is not solved.. they only put a sticker below of a cover nr front tyre and said it will solved now… then i took my vehicle and checked problem still not solved…. then again on next day my husband gone there and waited for 3 hours they only took out the sticker and said now it will be ok… still it was not solved…….. then i go on the next day it was appx 12.50p.m there lunch time starts from 1.00pm they only check by pushing nd knocking on front part of my vehicle…. and said you have to to put a vehicle for one day i said ok will put it on next day… after taking out my vehicle from the buzzer for indicator light stop giving a siren because of knocking on front side…. i am not having this much of time to go again and again sir… i am working with milatery department they are not allowing me to come late again and again then also i suffered and gone there for 4-5 times… Then i got warning from my office not to come late so i stopped going to the service station…. and thought that i will check it on the 2nd service….
Now, the time of my 2nd service… i took my vehicle in emerald honda showroom situated at sardarnagar, airport road…. yesterday on 15-6-2016… today i took my activa from there they are saying the buzzer wire had broke down which was the fault of service man of further service station and also the noise problem is not solved… now they are saying i have to pay the amount of new buzzer if i want to work it properly… Then along with this they given me a Complimentory Gift ( they made a big scratch on my vehicle near by they key hole backside for opning the storage…. They Are now saying please let it be we will solve it when you will put your vehicle in INSURANCE…..
WHAT DOES THIS MEANS SIR….. I ONLY DRIVE MY VEHICLE ON 40 SPEED AND MY HOUSE IS AT THAT TYPE OF PLACE WHERE NO ACCIDENT SHOULD BE OCCUR WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ACCIDENT FOR INSURANCE AND THEY WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM WHEN I WILL PUT MY VEHICLE IN INSURANCE… WHY?????? AND WHAT IF MY VEHICLE DOESN'T NEED INSURANCE THAT MEANS THE SCRATCHED WILL REMAIN THERE TILL LIFETIME….
WHAT THE HELL OF THE SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING….. I SERIOUSLY WNAT JUSTICE PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM SIR….. THEY ARE MAKING ME SO MUCH SUFFER I CANNOT ABLE TO GO TO MY PLACES WHERE I NEED TO GO WITHOUT MY VEHICLE….
