My Complaint Description:
Worst customer service from Croma and Videocon,

Before two days i called

+919662757089 – Symphony – Installation person – he is not visited my home and making fake update to croma that my house not open. even i called him and i told him that today come after 4PM and he's making fool to customer and Croma that he visited (i told this person to come today as my Furniture maker come today and he also agree that he just fit the TV so i call Furniture maker so both they work together and fix TV but he;s not coming and my furniture maker charge me 1500 for he's visiting)

So i want this 1500 rupees refund or else take this TV back i do not want any Service or product from Croma or Videocon.

After this i called videocon customer care

After that i called at 7:44 PM
Yasim Malik told me they sitting there to making customer fool… they not know how to speak to customer on call… with this experience i will register my experience in consumer website and will move forward

Croma: your given person for installation making fake update / message:
I received this message from DM-service
Dear customer, your call has been cancelled (Repeated House Lock)
– this message is totally fake i told installation guy you come at 4 PM (12th Date) as my furniture maker i have hire to help you to wiring as you just install TV not doing anything in furniture to make wire backside of furniture. Also i taken half day from my office and when i called installation guy at 5 after waiting too much he told me he cant came but he can arrange some other person as he is in bopal. After five minute i not received any call and i called him 20 times but hes not replying me.

Because of this i pay 1500 rupees charge to my furniture maker and he helped me to setup TV i want that charges refund from you guys because of this bed service if you not refund then take your TV back and i will stop my loan ASAP. if i not get this amount refund.

Videocon:

after all this shit i called your customer care number but i not get any proper response and the guy put the call in between and talked roughly.
also i called again

After that i called at 7:44 PM
