My Complaint Description:
I have bought Whirlpool RO system and Samsung LED 80cm 32F61003D from Croma, Vadodara Gujarat India. Unfortunately, both of products were not working properly with in 3 to 11 months. About Whirlpool RO system, in first year it was not working 7 month out of first 12 months. However my parents lodge complain about 10 times in total. Afterwards whirlpool technician took 2 month to visit my home every time after lodging complain. Once he fixed problem, RO system has stop working with in 24 hours. again we have to reprocess everything and wait till 2 month to fixed that up. last time we lodge complain in april, technician arrived in may end and said he will be here in two days to fix this problem up. It is ridiculous to not come in yet 28 july 2015. I would like to take an action against them to fix my problem asap or return my money Rs. 8000. Secondly, Samsung TV pop up problem with in 11 month, however Samsung is totally not accepting those mistake. they said I have to change panel which cost me 18000. When i have bought that product cost me 36990 and in 11 month another 18000 to fix that. They ready to bargain 25% but giving warranty only 3 months. Samsung customer care people abuse on phone and do not cooperate at all. I have contacted to Samsung CEO office, They are not happy at all to resolve this problem. Ultimately I have contacted to Croma but they are misleading and said we can't help you. So, This is humble request to GRAHAKSURAKSHA please help me. I can see that big companies like Samsung, Whirlpool and Croma simply making me fool as customer and hiding them self to providing service after purchased.

    • I lodge complain more than 1 month ago. It is extreme unfortunate that have not got replied from any companies. So, I would like to ask friends please suggest me what to do next? I think will take legal action against them. Such a shame to all big brands.

    • This is disgusting…

      I have been waiting for such reply from Croma or Grahak Suraksha. Today is 21 months to raise complain.

      I have not been updated to make fair justice.

      So, I believe from here that don’t believe in Indian entire system.

      Thank you for pathetic wait and loosing farmer money.

      One day will revert it.
