My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir
We have brought a new Printer of EPSON Company Model No L1300 STD via Dealer of HVC Infotech on dated 9th FEb 2016.

First day Company had sent new fresher engineer for installation of Driver or to give start up to the printer.He had zero knowledge of installation as he tried lots for doing this job.Printer installation can be done by any computer operator with negligible time.On the same day we had taken the print from printer.The print was very ugly and all the lines were zigzag,ink spreaded over the page.we had complained the same to the company on the next day.

3rd day company had sent the engineer to attain the complained.He told that this is due to you had used low GSM Paper & gone away.

The next day we had purchase 100 GSM Best quality paper & tried the result was same.Again we have complained in to company & Company sent the Engineer.He accepted the fault and procedure for new printer.we had received new printer on dated 26-2-16.Engineer had installed the printer & carried out the print.I was shocked that the same problem.The same day i lodge the complained to the company & also wrote the comments on the acknowledgement.
Till date there is no any engineer come or attend any complain of us. Actually I lost one project of Rs 5 Lac due to EPSON Bed Quality & Delay in services.I can share the client No for your confirmation .I felt that company has cheated me.I want my money back with all the compensation which i lost.Till i am suffering the same problem.
