My Complaint Description:
My RO System(Dr. Magna_RO_UV Purifier) purchased in the month of June 2015. The system is often becomes improper and not working. so at that time very difficult to have a glass of drinking water in the house. After inquiring many times to mentioned number, no customer care Representative from EUREKA has come to us and solve the problems. I spent important hours and money to talk customer care and the things still remained unresolved.

The complaint was mentioned with the name of My father's name.

The compliant could be traced with the help of mentioned mobile no. of my father.

After consistent approaching EUREKA FORBES people, no answer would have come in positive manner with our point of view. Likewise talking you wasted Warranty period was ended in last month. No one is answering properly. Just telling "within two days our service man will come and attend the problem" but my problem is remained same since many months. A things gone worst for us. If possible please facilitate our request in our favor.

Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

  1. The things was not resolved by Eureka. and definitely it will not not be resolved by Eureka that I believe. So I urge them to pick up the Eureka RO system from my home.
