Greetings to you !!!!
I have purchase your company mobile on 17th Jan 2016, after one month it stopped and have send the mobile to your service center. My complain no was : 1689695I, i have also went to you service center they said there is a software problem which was been solved, but when i entered my card IME problem occurred so i called to your costumer care no the said my complain no is yet not closed and they have suggest to go forward on the same complain no and i did the same and gave my mobile back to the service center.But they are not giving proper response telling that u have to change the mother board and your complain no has closed. I want you to send me a new mobile phone bcoz already twice i have faced the problem on that particular piece
So to look to this matter and send me fresh mobile piece. As we are not getting any support from your service department.
