Dear Sir,
I have bought one LG 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine form Flipkart.com via order No OD406664531967855000 on 29 July, 2016. The item was delivered on 6 August 2016 with a service token 6H12-27013FLPKRT-1487808 to its service provider JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED; since then the product was not been installed. Once the service person came from JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED to intimate some additional items required for installation but never came back. Although, the service provider showed installation complete on Aug 14, 2016. Several complain has been done to 24×7 customer care of Flipkat.com, and they are reshuffling the demo date since. It is my request to take adequate action to Flipkart.com and their service partner JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.

They deliver it 17 may 2018 and send SMS installation will be done by jeeve consumer pvt ltd date 18 may but I reschedule it next day 19 may. But nobody came I call several time but its waste of time suddenly they message me for reschedule it 20 may but nobody came so where I can complain for these services. Kindly suggest me
