I have purchased a phone from flipkart – Lenovo A6000 Plus @ 7499.

After getting it (18th May,15) phone is getting very hot and it gives only 2.30 – 3 hour battery back up. So, when returning the phone, their customer executives refused to make return and they said that it has no problem. Twice times I have contacted flipkart and every time they said the same. Also they said that to go to Lenovo service center, if Lenovo service center confirmed that it is faulty then they will replace.
If I go to the Lenovo service center, then what is the meaning of 30 days replacement guarantee??
Worst customer service experience I ever had by flipkart…
