i have purchased asus zenfone max mobile from flipkart on 1/7/16
which was defectfive its camera is not warking so i have called and email so many times. to flipkart but each and everyh time. they r denying or giving new excuse and avoiding to replace. my mobile
last time they asked to mail this. mobile with return id and order id mentioned on top to thaeir warehouse i mailed it and they not recieved that product now it has come back to. me and they r still insisting to mail it again
sir not prfovinding. replacment or return of my money
customer service centre people are making each and wverh possible excuses to avoid to replace it
