Hello Grahak Seva
My name is Amrita Choudhury and I have been a Flipkart customer for quite sometime now. Today I am writing this mail to let you know that, on 1st january 2019 I tried to make a purchase using the Flipkart app and the payment merchant that I used was BHIM UPI, the payment was successful debited from my SBI a/c. But order was not confirmed. Today when I contacted the Flipkart telecaller executive, they refuse to refund me and to contact paytm, and when I went on to got in touch with paytm they told me to contact flipkart as the payment was succesfuly send to the marchent, they said that I again would have to contact Flipkart.
I am completely unable to understand, how to get my money back and who is actually going to help me to retrieve my money and request you to help me on this as soon as possible.
