My Complaint Description:
I have ordered Nexus purifier from Flipkart. It was delivered on 07/05/'19. When I opened the product, It was damaged with scratches much scratches. In body part and storage tank lots of scratches is there. When technician came he also agreed with me. But the Flipkart backhand team not at all responsible so as costumer care. I have raised return request for 8+ time and every time this is gonna reject without any reason. I have called in flipkart costumer care for 30+ time. Since last 10 days this case has not been solved yet. So please help me on this.
