My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,
i m order redmi 2 prime mobile from flipkart at 8-Nov-2015. they send it through Ekart logistics courier service.
when i order my product i check first its availability at my place using pin code and they show its available at this address.
but at 13-Nov-2015 when i track my order they show “9:30 am Received At MehsanaHub_MHN” ” 11:42 am Out Of Delivery Area (Pin code-Address Mismatch)”.
my question is only that if they are unable to deliver product at pin code then why they show its available at their site.?
after checking status i try to contact flipkart customer care and they give me ans that “we are sorry to deliver this product to your address”. from mehsana my address is only 12 km away. i m tell that if u unable to deliver the product then why should you show its available.they only say sorry to me nothing do else to solve my problem .he said you have to place new order now. i m very upset for that after waiting 6 days for my product i have to face this kind of rubbish problem from flipkart and their Ekart logistics courier service.
my pin code is 384012 and i request you to check this on flipkart and they show its available.

    • me to the same problem dont tell sorry just update your service in kerala karunagappally 690518 its showing out of delivery area or address mismatch when will u update internal setting when at the time of our death or flipcart and eckart death tell us

    • Same Problem i faced Recently on big billion days. I ordered samsung on max Rs 16900 and at last they said sorry to say we are nor able to deliver product due to unexpected courrier partner problem.
