Flipkart/Ekart Logistics Complaint – Not Courier My Product After Show Available At This Pincode In Their Website

My Complaint Description:
Dear sir,
i orderedr redmi 3s prime mobile from flipkart at 3-oct-2016. they send it through Ekart logistics courier service.
as per website during order they accept to deliver product on my pincode and valid address.
but on 3-oct-2016 and 8-oct-2016 when i track my order they show “in morning they Received At MehsanaHub_MHN” ” approx 9:30 am Out Of Delivery Area (Pin code-Address Mismatch)”.
my question is only that if they are unable to deliver product at pin code then why they show its available at their site.? I also requested them to change my order address if ekart is not able to deliver but they refused.
after checking status I try to contact flipkart customer care and they give me ans that “we are sorry to deliver this product to your address. your order will be cancelled”. from mehsana my address is only 12-15 km away. I want to say that if flipkart unable to deliver the product then why they should shows customer that product will be available on your area.they only say sorry to me nothing do else to solve my problem .he said you have to place new order now. i m very upset for that after waiting 6 days for my product i have to face this kind of rubbish problem from flipkart and their Ekart logistics courier service.
my pin code is 384012 and i request you to check this on flipkart and they show its available.
please help me regarding this issue.
