My Complaint Description:

My Airtel Digital TV customer ID is 3015460186. I have recharged by 250/- on 28th oct, through, using netbanking ICICI bank- Transaction ID – 0856024100 but amount has been reversed back on 29th oct and have received SMS
"Namaste! Rs.250 have been reversed towards wrong recharge from your airtel digitalTV ID 3015460186. Your current balance is Rs.28.59, valid till 31-OCT".

After dropping mail to airtel received mail
