FREELANCER COMPLAIN –

Hello sir,
My name is Vijay Kumar and I have only started an account in www.freelancer.in last year which is an online free working site on a contract basis but I was not interested to work, even I haven't filled all the profile details. Then I forget about this site and was searching for other freelancer sites like guru.com, fiver.com, etc. Now, after 10-12 months when I check this site, it is showing a charge of Rs 321 for – "You have successfully upgraded to a free trial of Plus Membership. It will automatically renew at ₹321.00 INR per month, starting Jul 19, 2018, unless you cancel it before then".
Sir, I have checked every membership, but there is no membership of Rs 321. They haven't sent any information or confirmation message regarding this payment, they are writing in my feeds openly that " membership will automatically renew at 321/ month". There is no contact of this site, no email address so anyone can contact them. They have only help center with different pages like a guide of their work. I can't delete my account because it is showing payment dew towards me. There are different types of charges in fee and charges section which no one can understand. Sir, I want to close my account but I can't because of the charges which I don't know why they have added. Sir, because there is no mailing or contact so I was sent this message to them last month in their feedback message box to reply me about my issue or otherwise I will complain about them but they don't response me.

Hello, I want to ask a few things about some issues and REMEMBER, I want the satisfying answer because I will forward them some governmental agencies.

1 – There are lots of unnecessary things on your site like Help center, support, contact us, etc. but there is no contact number or any email address so anyone can contact you for any issue.

2 – On my ID, a dew balance of Rs 321 is showing for July 2018 and in the message box, there is a message that – "You have successfully upgraded to a free trial of Plus Membership. It will automatically renew at ₹321.00 INR per month, starting Jul 19, 2018, unless you cancel it before then". I have checked every membership, but there is no membership of Rs 321. I want to know that –
A – From where this dew payment comes from.
B – How without my confirmation you have made this payment and what does it mean that – "It will automatically renew".
C – Why you haven't mailed me about this payment till now.
D – Why I can't delete my account.
I have stored every information and data from your site and just waiting for your answer for further process.

Sir, they haven't response to me and so I request you to take action about this site. Thank you.
