My Complaint Description:
We bought furniture (wooden sofaset, wardrobe, center table, wall mount table worth 66,000 rs.) from In Style Furniture Mall (Old Name, Now renamed as Living Space) ( Location : Silver Leaf Building, Mundwa Bypass Road, Nr. Reliance Mart, Sambhaji Nagar, Kharadi, Pune – 14) on 10/01/2015 through salesman Imran. He told to deliver the furniture on 28/01/2015, but they failed for same. Upon continuous calling & follow up, they deliver sofaset, center table & wall mount after 20 days from the delivery dt. Then again after continuous calling & follow up, they deliver wardrobe after 1 ½ month, but it was not in good condition. It was damaged. We talked to Imran to change the piece, he agreed after our so many rounds of the shop. Till now 60,000 rs. payment done, only 6000 rs. was remaining. We had to go to the shop in every weekend or whenever they called to meet the owner, but Imran was not giving the owner contact no. & made story about owner that he is fraud, & his business is now no more etc. Then after so many discussion, his so called Manager Ibrahim Farhat ( Mo. No. 9325725896) came into the picture who was seating at other shop of same owner that is Final Touch furniture shop & he promised us to deliver the new wardrobe in 3 days. Again after so many calls, finally they sent wardrobe & our payment was completed. But just second day after delivery, we saw powder coming from the wardrobe which was due to insect. We informed Ibrahim immedietly, but again they started excuses & not removing the damaged wardrobe. Finally, again so many round to the shop, their owner Mr. BABALU (Mo. No. 9930506097, 9930801957, 9769887974) by our luck, came on the shop, & we discussed the whole matter. He immedietly told Ibrahim to remove the wardrobe from our flat. After that we again went to shop for damaged wardrobe refund. After calculating something, Bablu agreed to pay back 23000 rs. for wardrobe. He gave us cheque which is also not of his name, cheque is of Ibrahim Farhat account & told us to encash after 21/04/2015 but after contacting him. Now the problem is from 21/04/2015 to till date we are just contacting him, rounding his shop, & he is not picking our calls, only messaging us “Wait for a minute”…..and GAYAB…..no response from his side. Upon contacting Ibrahim, we got to know that Bablu has sold his both shops to his cousions & he himself going to settle at Bombay. Plz help us to get back our money because whenever we went to the shop, so many other people like us came to the shop & complaining, but there is no response from any of them (Salesmen, Manager, Owner).
