My Complaint Description:
I booked a 6chair dining table on 12-12-2015 Which was supposed to be delivered on 24-12-2015, but I was sent a 4chair table instead of 6chair saying that my 6chair table will be delivered by the next day I.e 25-12-2015, wherein the entire payment was done on 23-12-2015. Days passed on but no one from the shop came n looked into this. On 30dec when I checked for the sales person (Molana Nadvi) in the shop they said that he's on Leave as he met with an accident and no one from the shop knew about my case. And they also said that untill and unless Molana comes back we can not guarantee anything. I kept on following with the shopkeeper but they always kept giving me future dates for the table to be delivered on. It's been almost a month now and they are still ignoring me.
Please help me with this and suggest me what to do next.
