My Complaint Description:
I own Chevrolet Sail U-VA car in India in Gujarat in Ahmedabad. I recently got to know that Diesel Turbo is failed in my car so i went to the gallops motor on sg highway the main service center of ahmedabad.
Now they asked me to wait for the approval for the replacement as my car comes under warranty. Two days later i get a call from gallops motor from Pranav Oza saying that company has rejected the approval and i have to replace Turbo by paying the charges. When asked for the reason they give Stupid answers and asked to show us the rejection from company and the reason they deny it.
Asking to show us the email conversation done with General Motors Pranav Oza strictly denied it saying "I cannot show you our internal discussion" I asked: How is it internal when it is about customers car ? Pranav Oza says: "This is my rule and policy" adding to it he say's "You can write down to company whatever you may feel right".
Hence i am writing to general motor that "if you really care for your customers u need to mean it", you should not take customers as granted.
I request you to look on to the matter and a bit of early response will be highly appreciable.
