My Complaint Description:
IMEI No: 861169024194442
I am not not satisfied with after sales services of gionee customer care aswellas service centre.
My Gionee Elife E-3 screen is internally damage and service centre is saying that this doesn’t cover in warranty. Let me clarify, its internally damage means back of the screen is damage and front screen surface is totally clean. Let me specify futher, screen is not damage because of intentional or accidental fault on mine side. Its only because of some manufacture defaults.
Service centre is not accepting this in warranty and no specific response from customer care centre.
Their is no loose handing on mine side and case is related to manufacturing defects only.
Kindly resoved this issue.
