Hello Sir,
I have purchased Godrej Split AC last 2 year. I had booked complaint many times of godrej customer care number 18002095511 regarding my split AC body colour changed from white to yellow and requested for replacement but they have never get me answer and told that plastic parts doesn't have guarantee but AC is not broken for any place they have taken photographs for AC but still today 2 years completed they are not replace my AC, Also I have pay them for Rs. 5787/- for Annual maintenance contract for 4 years and extend warranty from Godrej.
I request you to please do the needful for me otherwise this message is for all peoples who want to buy products for godrej. Please stay away from Godrej consumer products they are not supporting customer well.

    • Hi Godrej Appliances Team,
      Thanks for your reply. I got called from them and as per them reply. Plastic parts doesn’t guarantee from companies, but I told them AC body is not broken from any where. one more things when I purchase AC & extended warranty on that time no person told me colour should be changed in 2 years so I think having issue from body and need to replace company without any charge from me. So Please forward this issue to direct company.
      Hope company notice this issue asap and resolve this issue asap from company end. I am very disappointed from customer care replying and excuse.
