My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir or Madam,
It turns out to be shame to get such a pathetic service and product from well reputed company like Godrej.
I have purchased Godrej Eon 7 star air condition (GSC12FG7) couple of years back from Shree Krishna Freeze, Rajkot. After finishing of exact one year (out of warranty), air condition cooling went down suddenly. We have contact M/s Varun Aircon, Rajkot (Maheshbhai) and ask them to visit us as they are authorized company service station. They have visited us and told us that we need to fill up AC GAS and it will be fine and there should not be any problem for next 4-5 years. We have trusted him and filled up GAS worth Rs. 3000/-.
Further to add, exact after one year (now), problem happened again and we have registered complain again and advised that company representative will visit us in 2 days and he turned up after 7 days. Again, he said we have to filled up gas and should be fine. I told him that we have filled up gas last year only and we were assured that there should not be problem for another 4-5 years.
Now he says then there should be a problem with condenser and need to change it which costs around Rs. 4500/- and plus Rs. 3000/- to fill up gas. I told him that i do not want to do anything and please leave. He said he has to visit twice to offer service so he will charge me extra Rs. 50. I paid him in full for visiting charge plus extra Rs. 50/- and he left.
I am really not at all happy with the service and the product from Godrej now and need full refund of my AC and take it back or else get it replaced.
