My Complaint Description:
My name is Mr. Miral Shah. I have booked 1 elegent room in Sugati Beach Resor Diu. Please find below the details of Booking :
Check In Date – 27th March 2016
Check out Date – 28th March 2016
Booking ID – HTLLJF8JJE
Amount – Rs. 4143/-
The above mentioned amount is require to be pay at Hotel and for getting room confirmation, i have to send my Credit Card No. and Expiry date on this Email ID ([email protected]). I have immediately send this details on this Email ID.
Unfortunately, i have not got the confirmation either from Hotel and from Goibibo.com. So, i have called on Customer Care No. 1800 208 1060 of Goibibo.com on 26th March 2016. They told me that no rooms is available in the hotel. So, kindly look after any other hotels in Diu. I have argued that i have complied all your formalities and even thereafter i have not received any communication from your side neither booking confirmation and cancellation of booking. I have also told that all the hotels in Diu was full and i am not getting 1 rooms any hotels.
They have accepted my argument and contact at hotel for accept the booking. They also provide contact no. of hotels. I have also called at hotels. They told me to confirm booking only after making full payment in advance. I have argued that i have choose pay at hotel option and i have also shared card details to recover the amount if i will not come at your hotel. Even thereafter they are not agreed. They insist me to pay full amount in advance for booking confirmation.
I have no option to pay the full amount. i have agreed to pay but later on they have sent an email to me to pay Rs. 5000/-. Again i called at hotel and told that i have booked room @ 4143/- which includes accommodation and Breakfast. I have also sent an email at Hotels that i will pay only Rs. 4143/- but they are not agreed.
Today, I have received an email from Goibibo.com that your booking is cancelled as no rooms are available. Unfortunately, i have to complaintponed my trip. Now, i want to claim booking amount from Goibibo.com for their blunder. Kindly provide justice.
