My Complaint Description:
We booked a ticket in the name of Mr. Mir Imran Ali from Ahmedabad to Mumbai to Bhubaneshwar from Goibibo. The first deducted a sum of Rs. 11201 and then there was a message mentioning that Your Money is safe with us and we are processing Your request. Then there was another message with information that there is a delay in reply from the Airlines. We will confirm You as soon as we receive the reply. But since it was very urgent for Mr.Imran to go back we decided to book the ticket through a local agent and we got the confirmed ticket. After more than 30 minutes of receipt of confirm ticket from the agent we received the confirmation from Goibibo that our ticket is booked.

Now two tickets are booked in the same name with same Identity card (PAN Card) for the same flight for the same destinations.

The delay of booking was from the airlines and there is no cancellation facility available in Goibibo application.

Hence, we requested Goibibo to refund the amount after deducting the cancellation charges but they refused.
