Hi,

I have requested for address update online to uidai thrice with correct document and valid request. But all the times my request was rejected saying that "data mismatch in document and update request. Please resubmit correct request". They didn't mentioned anything clearly.

This is ridiculous when i have put correct document(Electricity Bill with my name)with valid request then how data would be mismatched.

Please find the below request:
URN (Update request number) is 0000/00505/70629 requested on mon, apr 23, 2018 at 12:11 am
URN (Update request number) is 0000/00506/54446 requested on sat, apr 28, 2018 at 9:45 am

I have called to customer care also but didn`t get positive response from their side. And i have called 2 times also on 5th may on 11:29 am also and still didn`t fetch my details and finally they disconnected my call.

And then I have requested online again on Mon, May 7, 2018 at 11:34 PM with URN (Update Request Number) is 0000/00507/91974 and it was also rejected with same reason

Please take strict action against this issue and do needful for me. If they are doing like this then where customer will go and why customer bother about aadhar card.

I just wanted to know that where Data is mismatching?
