Dear sir,
I m customer of GTPL broadband since many years,
last time i have paid 20,700/- on dated 11/10/2014, receipt no. 92475
and as per discussed and confirmed from GTPL sales team head, they offered me 2 years + additional 6 months subscription if i pay ful two years payment, as i did and they gave me receipt for it, that sales person named mr. Arjunbhai thakor who was representative from GTPL at that time, now from GTPL sales person came and tell me that your plan is expired as 2 years is finished so i told them i had still 6 months left for finishing my plan as per i made payment before 2 years, since its passed 2 years i dont have physical receipt of that payment, i have only receipt number which i noted somewhere (which i have mentioned above) so i asked them to see that receipt number duplicate in your record so they say its not possible because we deposit all our receipt at the finishing of year at H.O.and they r insiting me that if u want to get benifit of ur plan u must submite physical orignal receipt , as i said i dont have it now as its passed 2 years, then they say we cant do anything regards, so is it mean that if i couldn't find receipt then i couldn't get genuine benefit of my paid plan? I hope you guys will do needfully in such case and give me full benefit of my plan, Waiting for positive reply, thanks
