My Complaint Description:
This complain iz against GTPL broadband connection. We purchase the broadband plan of 3 months unlimited from gtpl in 2550rs. bt it has not strong connectivity.We have lost this connection in between these 3 months before its complition..Its been about 15 days of disconnection..No authority is answering.After 15 days of net-loss finally we get resetting from company . my reference / complain number is :1413329

So in this reference i demand these loss of net-fault.This plan's validity is 12th july 2016.
So we must have 15 days more validity.The company itself is responsible for customer's satisfaction on net supply.
So provide us 15 days more on our connection according to CUSTOMER RIGHT LAW.
