My Complaint Description:
I have applied for GTPL BROADBAND connection shfting on 16th May 2016. (Request no. 286170). Without intimation they have closed my request by giving reason that i have not given shfting charges. Than they told me to visit nearest GTPL office for shfting charge payment. When I have visited GTPL OFFICE , they told me to visit another office. I have visited another office but they were telling that technical approval not received. Same day (10th june 2016) i called Gtpl toll free number for clarification. Than they again registered shfting request (req. No. 298291 ) but till date no action taken. Please help me to resolve the issue.

  1. i odered a product…my Order Id: OID143202 & OID143169 ,,,,,the product was not matching with the image and product quality is very poor…now i want to return this product and refund my money but i am unable to contact with stylezaade……so pls help me
