Hi all,

On 13th June'16, I've applied for new connection of broadband, for that two of their executives came to my location, I've filled one form according to their instruction & gave my id proofs to get register, made payment on RS. 2565/- in cash with receipt no. 44214.
Please find attachment of receipt.
The name of executive was Akshay(Contact no. 09104403440), as per their instruction my connection will get started after receiving SMS on my contact no. 9033002153. On the same no. I'll get register no. of my connection.
But yet I've not received any message.
Today after long wait of message, I've called the executive who came to my place (Akshay), but his no. was constantly showing switch off, than I called to their customer care, from there I got instruction like i'll received call from their side before 19:00hrs, I had even called to nodal officer & Appellate Authority but they've not received call, than again I called to customer care, associate had told me to mail.
I want my cash back.
Please do the needful for the same ASAP.
