My Complaint Description:
I have purchased GTPL broadband connection on 26 Oct 2015 for 6 months period.(26- oct 2015 to 30April 2016) . Few days after the connection almost everyday internet service is not working properly. For that I have put complain many times approx 30 to 35 times till date in GTPL support department. Currently our internet service is not working since 12th Feb 2016 to till date. No one is coming for to solve the problem from GTPL. Even I have mailed [email protected] to close the internet service and asking for refund. But they have no replied yet. Now I don't understand what i should to do? Where I need to go? So finally I am taking help of Grahak Suraksha.
