My Complaint Description:
Respected sir,
I am using GTPL broadband service from long time . Recently I have paid them Rs.3570 to upgrade and update my data pack to their day and night plan . As mentioned in the plan they told me to give me 512kbps speed at day time and 2 mbps at night .
My complaint is about automatically turning off my internet connection . I had already complained about this over 10 times but no actions were taken . Internet connection remains off almost 6 hours . When I complaint about this to their costumer helpline number they just tell me to give them 24 hours to solve the problem . No doubt the problem solves within that hours but it repeats back within 24 hours . This happens mostly at night time so i cannot be able to surf the internet at higher speed for which i paid to them . Their senior executives also not replying back to me in a supportive manner . So I demanded my refund to GTPL by sending them Email as the helpline person told me . But i m getting no reply from them . Also they are still speaks the same line that " Sorry for inconvenience , Please give us 24 hours to resolve your complaint . "
I'm tired of making call to them now . So i demanded refund but as i mentioned before no replies from them .
Please Help Me To Get My Money Back.
