My Complaint Description:
I had renewed my GTPL broadband account on 12/10/2015 receipt number is 161387 and made a payment of 11,160.00 rupees for 1000Gb scheme with my client id BB133272. My plan was activated on 13/10/2015. The plan was running smooth till suddenly all the GTPL broadband internet cables were cut down in the city of Vadodara in the month of January – 2016. After which service was down for 1 month and in the start of April service worked for 4 – 5 days and again down. Since then service was never running. I have made several phone calls to GTPL Customer care but no body told when would the service start. Till today GTPL's internet wire is lying on the road and nobody has come to even check. I have asked them to charge me for 3 months and give me the refund of remaining period, but still they don't respond to my email request too. I have mand several customer service calls and raised may complaints but no use.

GTPL has done wrong and they are not ready to accept it.
